The Pluto Plan

Don't worry . . . it is all happening according to the Great Cosmic Transition's plan

The US/World Elite empire is falling, right on Pluto’s schedule. One of my working titles for my book Persephone’s Revolution, was The Pluto Plan. It sounded a bit ominous, so I changed direction. Alas, here we are. A crazy tyrant playing the part of president. Weak leaders. Revolutions. And masses of people looking for new ways to resist, reform, and rise up.

Persephone’s path to redemption and her rise into power is the most mysterious part of the patriarchal myth. Somehow she finds a way to bring peace, mercy, and kindness into the Underworld, the Kali Yuga, the place of darkness. As this myth has been played out with every 248-year Pluto cycle, each time there is a consciousness shift when Persephone finds her way into her role as co-ruler. That is the time we are in right now—2025 - 2035.

Looking at the Underworld as a state of mind, an entrapment in a world of greed, lust, fear, and rage, offers us one way to process this time we live in. The Underworld then becomes indoctrination of dis-empowerment fed to us through every advertisement, every corporate leader, and the financiers that move the big parts on the board. We are told how to invest our money, what jobs are “good jobs”, what religions are “the right religions”, what countries are “good countries”, and what economic and political systems are “just systems”. We aren’t given all the information we need in order to decide for ourselves. If you haven’t had the privilege of travel and education, have been born into a path of oppression through health challenges, economic challenges, or societal challenges, then getting any information at all is a burden that most have neither the access, time or talent to find and understand.

Today, though, the information is getting out. Nothing has ever been more telling of the Underworld than the Epstein files and the dripping of information that has been leaking since the 1980s. The power that coalesced in the 1940s, mostly behind closed doors, in spaces where people in power made massive decisions for everyone else, is now disseminating. It is in the waning phase. Those power structures are falling all over the world, including inside the US government where so much power was consolidated.

You may wonder where the outrage is. You may wonder why more people aren’t demonstrating. You may wonder, with all that is becoming known, why so many are still silent. I believe that no one is silent right now. We may be processing, figuring out our next move, looking deeply at our lives, and finding our own unique way forward. But now, every move we make speaks volumes.

Every single little thing we buy is registering as a voice for something. The way we spend our time, what we pay attention to, and even what we think, is being registered in the great cosmic transition. There is no silence. The beings in other realms, in other star systems, in the weeds of this planet, the whales and the ants, the mycelium living deep within the core of this planet—they are all listening. They don’t care about the crazy loud voices commanding armies and bombs. That is the old world with its dizzying need to stay in control. It is not interesting and it is dying. The other worlds are listening for the new song. What creative way will you live your life today? What inspires you to get out of bed? What lifts your spirits? How will you amplify those thoughts? How will you find a way into the enlightenment times?

For the next nine years, we are in a great cosmic transition. The Kali Yuga of darkness is ending and the Satya Yuga of light is beginning. The most powerful voices will not be filled with outrage. They will be filled with love and art. They will be calm and quiet even. Even in their quietness, they will be heard.

Each year is divided into two parts: Pluto in-bounds (Jan - July) and Pluto out-of-bounds (Aug - Dec). When Pluto goes in-bounds, the old world goes nuts. Wars, violence, egotism, outrageous acts of control. When Pluto goes out-of-bounds, Persephone goes back into the Underworld to rule. She shows the people how to rise up and bear witness to their pain. She shows mercy and offers a way forward.

During the in-bounds this year, February was the most intense. We now have 3 months (Mar 20 - Jun 20) to move forward with our own agendas, setting the stage for another level of uprising. Yes, the powers-that-be are making their decisions and moving forward on their agendas, too. It is a nasty business, watching the Orwellian beings destroy lives, lands, cities, nature, water and air. But if we fall into despair and lose sight of the great cosmic transition taking place, we will miss an opportunity to experience the great creative renaissance taking place.

During this years Pluto out-of-bounds time, I will venturing back to France and England. There is still room in the September 3 - 6 workshop in Burgundy, France, where we will be energizing the rising.
